The Game

VEX Robotics In The Zone is played on a 12ft x 12ft field by 2 alliances. Each alliance must try to obtain the highest score stacking cones ontop of one another. Cones must be stacked on stationary goals or mobile goals. The team with the highest stack in each category gets extra points.

I

My Role

Building these competition mechatronics systems can become an extremely difficult task. My role is to manage my team and help build the robot. I also work on the engineering notebook to record the engineering process of this project. Our team advanced to the World Championships to represent Canada on the International Stage. The team won several awards this season: Tournament Champions, Excellence Award, Design Award, Robot Skills Award.
